into the new Fernwood Theater
The space works perfectly as a theater for screenings, panels and events.
We keep the space wide open and clean. We can change quickly from theater seating to work stations or an art gallery with evening gatherings.
Create a lounge area in the back outside with scenic views and open seating.
Host Artist workshops and classes, CO-OP the space with other artists and local products.
Something to consider since it’s available for lease which could keep low overhead costs and then the Institute has a home.
